Paradise Park is a very different park to any other residential mobile home park on the Costa Blanca in Spain. It is designed to be a quiet and private mobile home park that is perfect for retirement or semi retirement.
The park is fully established (over 12 years) and is a perfect retirement location. Designed to be as natural as possible the park allows you to live in Spain very easily.
It is NOT a joint camping site like so many parks in the Costa Blanca area. It does not have a bar or restaurant. It does however have two pools (one small and one large) for the residents to enjoy.
It is designed to be a very exclusive quiet residential park lined by palm trees. This park suits people who want to live in Spain in total natural surroundings, yet enjoy the residential facilities and support of the park.
The local town of Albatera provides all the bars and restaurants you want. It also has a 24 hr medical center and many shops and supermarkets.
Paradise Park takes residential park home living in Spain to a new level. Residents enjoy the exclusive facilities that includes a full size pool as well as a second splash pool.
The weather is the main reason why most people want to move to Spain and on Paradise Park the residents get more than their fair share of glorious sunshine.
Add to that wonderful surroundings, a pet friendly park, a secure park and a park with exclusive facilities and you will understand why so many people come and visit.
You do not have to be an angel to live in Paradise Park, just retired or retiring soon. Many clients choose to use their mobile home for a year or two before they retire as a holiday home so that when the time comes to retire they are already settled in Spain.
Albatera is a typical Spanish town just off the main A7 motorway that links all the main cities all along the Spanish coast. It is a short walk from Paradise residential mobile home park to the village. The residents already living on the park love to get involved with the local way of life.
Albatera has everything you could need from banks to supermarkets as well as many bars and restaurants. The village has a real Spain feel about it which is so different from what you will find down by the coast. The prices are normal and the people very friendly.
That said, when you do fancy a day on the beach there is nowhere better than the beach at Santa Pola which is just a short drive away. You can be the tourist there any time you wish without having to take a two and a half hour flight. On holiday whenever you feel like it.
The Costa Blanca as a whole offers a fun lifestyle right on your doorstep.
Elche the nearest town
Elche is in the Valencia region. Elche is the Spanish name of the city, and it is also known by its Valencian name Elx. It has everything you need for shopping centres through to a modern hospital. It also has good transport links to all the major cities in Spain.
The economy of Elche is supported, in large part, by the footwear industry. There are of course other economic activities in Elche such as agriculture including dates, olives, cereals and pomegranates. Today tourism also plays a big part
A sea of palm trees surrounds the town, which creates a unique landscape that is the first and unrepeatable sensation you experience when arriving at Elche. Recently many trees were destroyed by disease, unfortunately.
The Palmeral of Elche, a landscape of groves of date palms, was expressly laid out, with elaborate irrigation systems towards the end of the tenth century when much of the Iberian peninsula was Arabic.
The Palmeral is an oasis, a system for agrarian production in arid areas. It is also a unique example of Arab agricultural practises on the European continent. Cultivation of date palms in Elche is known at least since the Iberian times, dating around the fifth century B.C.
Further afield from Elche, a great day out can be had at the Rio Safari Park, located on the Elche-Santa Pola road. The park has an excellent range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There’s a regular dolphin show too. Further details and prices can be obtained on 966 638 288.
